At the Axe Yard the safety and welfare of both staff and customers is our highest priority. To prepare for opening after the 1st Lockdown we introduced a range of Health & Safety measures in line with government guidelines to reduce the risk associated with COVID-19. We continually review these measures ensuring we are always following the most recent advice.

We encourage you to book in social bubbles, however the space does allow 6ft between different people playing in the same lane. There is also plenty of space to maintain social distancing outside the throwing lanes.
Axe’s are deep cleaned before every session. You will be provided with your OWN AXE at the start of your session and you will be the only person using it for the entirety. Our coaches will be wearing face coverings when coaching in your lane.
WEAR A FACE COVERING – They don’t interfere with fun! We ask you to wear one before entering the building. You do not need a face covering when seated to eat or drink in our café or viewing area. Masks are available to purchase on site.
We have sanitising stations throughout and kindly ask you to sanitise your hands regularly.
All members of staff have received COVID Safe training and have their temperatures checked before their shift.
